I feel this service department should focus more on customer satisfaction. I seem to have problems every time I come here. If a customer schedules a courtesy shuttle online then you probably shouldn’t customer satisfaction. I seem to have problems every time I come here. Third service appointment for same issue. Dealer insists I’m not having the issue that I state. I bring the car in and they say they did nothing, it’s working correctly.
