I dropped my truck off on Friday about 3:00pm and no one ever called me Saturday to say it was done. Trying to get through on the phone took forever! I left 2 voicemails and still no call back. Communicat ever called me Saturday to say it was done. Trying to get through on the phone took forever! I left 2 voicemails and still no call back. Communication needs improvement in my opinion. More

Went in looking to purchase a 2020 SXT that was listed on the website amoung several other SXT's. I had already gone to CarMax to get a appraisal for my 2016 SE to know what my options were. I also pre-quali the website amoung several other SXT's. I had already gone to CarMax to get a appraisal for my 2016 SE to know what my options were. I also pre-qualified with Chrysler Capital for financing. I did this to try and make the experience a little more streamlined than what it could be when your buying anything of great value. I arrived and was greeted by Marriah with a sincere "Welcome to Ferman Dodge, how can I make your day better?" That was all I needed to hear, I knew I had a reason to come back to Ferman of NPR. Everything from the rebates, my trade-in and financing were all answered swiftly by Mark. His attention to detail to make sure I was made as happy as possible was his priority. As the details were being finalized I walked over to my service agent Jason that I had utilized with my 2016 Charger just to say hello and inquired about any service specials going on. He has always been great and that day was not any different. Everything was ready for signatures and I was fortunate enough to get the same finance advisor that I had with my trade-in. John was great explaining the terms for the loan. I had requested to have added the service, paint, roadside and interior protection warranties to my new purchase. I have twin girls and you never know when it will happen but I know it will. You know, that red crayon left on the seat in the Florida heat will never be the same. I did have to have the exterior protection explained of what it covers. Love bugs and tree sap, another Florida thing you just can't escape. As this was going on, Marriah had taken my new beauty to be made pretty. I caught up to her and scared her a little, told her I wanted a different color. You should have seen the look on her face. I should have taken a picture, it was priceless. Not long after, my car was ready. I could not be any happier. The complete process was worth the time. I literally have 3 other Dodge dealerships closer miles to me but I want exceptional stellar customer service and Ferman of NPR is the only place I will go, even with it being 17 miles from my house. Ferman of NPR will always be my dealership, nobody comes close to what is provided. Sincerely Richard Powell PS. The indego blue is amazing. Courtney my service advisor was absolutely awesome I gave her personally a five star review but the service manager absolutely sucked and had nothing but excuses and I am 100% dissatisfied with anything that her personally a five star review but the service manager absolutely sucked and had nothing but excuses and I am 100% dissatisfied with anything that the service department did with my truck they did not treat me like they were concerned with me telling them I didn’t feel safe in the truck with the issues that it was having they basically brushed me off and told me there was nothing wrong with my truck which is a bunch of BS I don’t care if you have other trucks on your lot that drives like it it is not safe to have that much turbo lag and anything with no throttle response and the issues I had still remain in the truck they said they couldn’t duplicate but I couldn’t go for a test drive to show them what it was doing because the sissy service manager gets carsick Probably should get someone that’s better able to do the job if they can’t even go for a test ride without throwing up in someone’s car More

If you like pisspoor customer service and don’t mind that your vehicle isn’t properly fixed- then this isn’t the dealership form you.
