I was a Police Officer for almost 10 years, which I will always miss, but being home with my wife and kids is important to me and being a part of the Ferman team allows me to do that.

Charger headlight replaced Service dept did a great job replacing my headlight. The only issue was they told me it would take about one hour and it took a bit over 3 hours. I had other things to accomplish that day and had to reschedule because of miscommunication about service time. More

slow service the service advisor jesse did an outstanding job. however the service end of it really leaves a lot to be desired. I spent 3 hours there just to have the service advisor jesse did an outstanding job. however the service end of it really leaves a lot to be desired. I spent 3 hours there just to have a wheel hub on. that is just totally unacceptable. while I was there another customer was having 4 new tires put on. when we left she had already been there for 2 hours and no word of completion. the day before I was there for a very simple half an hour job. 3 hours later it was finally done. perhaps the people that set these appointments need some training as to how long things take to get done and stop over booking. that makes the 3rd bad experience I ve had and have had enough. excuses only go so far. I will never go there again for any reason period. More

Insulted by service manager complaint filed! I came to the dealership as I was picking up my teenage granddaughter from school. Mind you she had an incident earlier in the week and went by ambula I came to the dealership as I was picking up my teenage granddaughter from school. Mind you she had an incident earlier in the week and went by ambulance so I’m worried about her. The hands free starts making random calls to 2 places can’t get it to end on the screen or the button but could by phone but then it would redial, then climate screen just pops up first it’s just there then temp comes up one side is blasting cold air driver side is blasting heat but you can’t do anything I pulled over twice turn car off and on finally stops then the calls start again and the hold is flashing I stop again finally stops I head to dealer thinking like previous this is a lengthy fix they will give me a loaner. Nope need to diagnose it then see what Chrysler says, the car is 13 month old and they had it more than I did my first week with 100 miles on it. They said after I explained it all JUST happened including their guy in service as I pulled up saw the climate was blasting but screen said fan off but I’m asked fo you have an spot? No it just happened and thought smart thing is to bring in. After going round and around with a sick teenager with me and I shared my concerns for her the service mgr says well frankly if your so worried about her I don’t understand why your even here and not taking care of her in front of her and another customer. It took everything in me to not really snap but I said loudly are you questioning my parenting skills cause your a real piece of work again watching my mouth. Totally uncalled for yes I’m worried and I’m told it’s a 70 minute test to diagnose and I’m told we will give you a ride home. I don’t know if she’s okay or what but I can’t be without a car. We stay, an hour and 10 minutes later they finally take my car back to disgnose which I wasn’t told on top of their 70 minute diagnosis and it might take more than one but I’m not told I’m waiting also that long to get it back there. 15 minutes into the so called 70 minutes they say yep got to replace that whole thing mind you my screen also has bubbling going on in a corner and no idea why that too plus it starts when it feels like it and both batteries have been replaced the first week I got it and it had 10 miles on it at purchase and 100 miles when I had the first 2 problems a year ago. I’m still waiting for the replacement part to come in from a problem that is well known by Chrysler there’s complaints on the internet as I researched this. But for that service mgr to say what he did to me is so uncalled for. I will never buy another Chrysler or Jeep product again and I belong to a Jeep group whose several thousand members were shocked by his comment and several hundred of these members no me and my granddaughter personally and they are all spreading the word to stay away from the new port Richey, Florida dealership for purchase or service! More
