I was a Police Officer for almost 10 years, which I will always miss, but being home with my wife and kids is important to me and being a part of the Ferman team allows me to do that.

Follow through is Great! I started with a simple o change that led to an oil leak. The reason is due to improper design I f the seal on a MOPAR oil filter. The dealer stood I started with a simple o change that led to an oil leak. The reason is due to improper design I f the seal on a MOPAR oil filter. The dealer stood by me to solve the problem by getting a properly designed filter and replaced all synthetic oil. That followed with a faulty access panel to the oil filter and they ordered a replacement door and installed it at no charge. I didn't appreciate 3 trips for a simple oil change but Jason made sure management stood by their commitment to resolve all issues. More

Great job I have a '19 RAM 1500 that I custom designed. There were a few factory defects that Ferman has been addressing. The service department and techs have been very kind and helpful through this painful experience. Beck, Steve and Jason have been outstanding and I appreciate what they've done for me.
