I had been driving around without a radio for months cause I was worried my SYNC module had failed and I'd have to replace it. But Kenn Olson talked to me after consulting with a tech and found out that the issue may be my CD player, which had been out of commission for years due to my kids putting coins in there. After asking me if I wanted to give them a shot at removing the coins before doing anything -- that option was much less expensive than ordering a new part -- they called the next day with good news. Turns out the coins ($.89 worth!) were the issue and they were able to get the radio rocking again without having to get in a new part, which would have taken days.. SYNC system is working again too. All in all, another great experience with Gosch. (The coins are going in the kids' piggy bank.) More

Jason Noble has a definite winner on this team. Scheduled my wife’s mandatory maintenance on her 2019 Mustang, called the department (Rachelle has been our service rep since we joined the Gosch team), dropped the vehicle off, wait time was top notch as expected, with no issues or setbacks. My experience with Rachelle and this establishment is supreme, and wouldn’t trade this department for the world. Keep up the great work, Gosch Ford should be #1 in the area for years to come. More
