Stay away from this place. The service was awful. For starters I was very much pressured into buying the car even know I wanted to sleep on it for a night. I do not blame the s The service was awful. I do not blame the sales guy as he was trying to close a deal, but I did not receive that same pressure at Fletcher Mercedes Benz Newport Beach. Besides the pressure I was sold a certain warranty and then later realized I was not given the warranty I was told I would have. It took weeks and weeks to resolve this and at the end of the day the dealer never fully fixed it. I had to deal with the warranty company myself to get it activated. Also, I was told I had to get the Zurich Shield which is a protective ceramic style coating. The car did not look like it had it applied so I took it in to get reapplied and they simply just didn’t do it. The claimed they did but it was obvious they didn’t. The car was given back to me dirty and the inside wasn’t even wiped down, so how could they have done it? Do yourself a favor and go to a better dealer. There is a reason why Mercedes Benz of West Covina is 3.6 on Google and Fletcher Mercedes Jones is 4.3 Stay far far away! The worst! More

The salesman Bora was wonderful but he had to leave early to his wife birthday and left me with another salesman and manager and took 4 hours to resolve so issues with another I had pick up . The car had transmission problems so they had to change me to another car and wanted more down payment and higher payment the service was long 5 hours in dealer shop . If they want my business next time they should reward me because 700 lease for a use 300 c was not best price. More

I bought a 2020 S560 on Dec. 29, 2023 January 18, 2024: Car went back for 1st repair to fix a chip in rear spoiler and fix the issue that the engine cover is missing. However, t 29, 2023 January 18, 2024: Car went back for 1st repair to fix a chip in rear spoiler and fix the issue that the engine cover is missing. However, the dealer told me that I need to make another appointment to comeback to fix the gas door. January 30, 2024, there was a second repair needed for the same issues. As of now, March 5, the car is not ready yet for me to pickup. The wait is too long to fix a car that I just bought. If the car is not ready to be sold, it should not be for sale. This is taking a long time and not a Mercedes standard. This is unacceptable. More
