I went in for a simple oil change, inspection and multi point inspection on a fairly new 2022 vehicle (4100 miles). I’ll just say the service was far from flawless. However, I have to commend the service dept for commiting to taking the car back a 2nd day and doing what I thought was the right thing to do even though, in my opinion, I believe they struggled to think they did anything wrong.
