I am fortunate to have such a great team to provide me the proper service of my vehicles. One other person that I want to mention is Debbie Millis. She was my original service representative and I attribute her excellent service to my purchase of many Lexus vehicles. She is currently working at the front desk. I have always felt that the most important person is that individual who is the first to meet the customer. That sets the impression of the dealership. I must include those individuals who chech us in for service and the car wash. Meeting me with a smile and positive attitude makes a big difference. Thanks, Robert Bayer
