Bought my second Cadillac from Jason. We made a deal & I was to get money back. I had a clear title & I downsized thus the refund: Misunderstanding with the finance department them thinki We made a deal & I was to get money back. I had a clear title & I downsized thus the refund: Misunderstanding with the finance department them thinking I wanted extras that would negate my agreed upon refund. The whole point in trading down was to get a smaller car and money back. Went back today & finance mgr. corrected the misunderstanding. Hopefully I will get my refund first part of the week considering I was promised it today by Jason. Everything is satisfactory now. If & when I trade in my 2025 I will most definitely deal with Jason again. More
