3 months to get parts. No loaner vehicle. Had to rent a vehicle. Was convinced that they would buy my vehicle and put me in another vehicle. Same model but not as many No loaner vehicle. No allowance for my original trade in of $2000 or my $5000 cash down-payment. I only had the vehicle for just over 3 months before damage occurred. Spoke with salesman and Sales manager with no success. Made it sound like I accepted the deal as is. No concern about customer satisfaction. I will never do business with this dealer again and will never recommend them to anyone looking for a good deal. Was screwed totally from what I was offered for my original trade...2019 Dodge Journey with KBB appraisal of over $7000. PALM only gave me $2000 for my trade. More
