During an oil change in January 2026, the mechanic recommended replacing the rear differential and brake fluids. However, both fluids had already been replaced in June 2025 at another Subaru dealershi recommended replacing the rear differential and brake fluids. However, both fluids had already been replaced in June 2025 at another Subaru dealership. Based on Jason’s feedback, the recommendation appears to have been driven solely by mileage since they are unable to see in the computer work performed by a different Subaru dealer. What I find very difficult to believe is that the mechanic couldn’t assess whether the fluids had been recently changed based on their condition or color. It felt like a blanket recommendation, with no effort to assess whether it was actually necessary—which makes it difficult to maintain trust in the service recommendations. More

Jason provided excellent communication from his warm welcome through his farewell. I was fully informed of the status of my car throughout the visit. Even though I showed up to my appointment without my current paperwork (I had just renewed it) I was able to run home, grab it, and still be seen for my inspection. They even put my new registration sti current paperwork (I had just renewed it) I was able to run home, grab it, and still be seen for my inspection. They even put my new registration stickers on my plates for me after washing off all the salt! More

This dealership is not only the best Subaru dealership I have been too but the best car dealership. Great staff, services and amenities. Even staff that aren't taking care of me stop and say," Hey Doug how have been too but the best car dealership. Great staff, services and amenities. Even staff that aren't taking care of me stop and say," Hey Doug how are things?" When its a long service they either give me a loner or give me a ride home and back to the shop for free.
