The dealership is beautiful and the service department is terrific. If you can make an appointment online without having to call I suggest you do so. The woman who answers the phones and makes the appointmen terrific. If you can make an appointment online without having to call I suggest you do so. The woman who answers the phones and makes the appointments is incredibly rude, and has an attitude when you ask questions, like you should know better than to ask a simple question. She is condescending and even raised her voice yelling at me when I asked a follow up question. As if calling her and asking her questions was bothering her. If it wasn’t for how amazing the service department treated me when I got there, I wouldn’t come back to this dealership because of my initial experience before even arriving at the dealership. If you can make an appointment online or talk to ANYBODY else if you have questions do it! More
