I talked to two other people before I reached a manager who helped me. When I went to pick up my car after they fixed their mistake, I was told that they would wash it and vacuum it out. In fact on person told me he saw it and they were making sure it looked good. When I went out, it had not even got wet. They cleaned a different car that looked like mine. My trust in them is lost, not because of the debouched oil change, but their lack of understanding how I was feeling the lost of trust. More
