Excellent service I’ve been going to Tynan’s Nissan for over a year now and they answer all my questions, they take care of any problems the first time, and they offer I’ve been going to Tynan’s Nissan for over a year now and they answer all my questions, they take care of any problems the first time, and they offer an Express Lube for convenience!!! They definitely exceed my expectations! I still love these guys!!! More

poor customer service after poor care of my car. I had an oil change, they forgot to screw in the filter, the next morning, my car had lost all the oil. Poor customer service when I called. I talked to two other people before I reached a manager who helped me. When I went to pick up my car after they fixed their mistake, I was told that they would wash it and vacuum it out. In fact on person told me he saw it and they were making sure it looked good. When I went out, it had not even got wet. They cleaned a different car that looked like mine. My trust in them is lost, not because of the debouched oil change, but their lack of understanding how I was feeling the lost of trust. More

I'm on the road most of every day; I am confident that, no matter what happens to my car, they will have a solution ready to fix it. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. My Experience with Tynan's Nissan Service Department Everyone was very nice and friendly. Jason was very informative with how long of a wait it would be and what the cost would be and even showed me Everyone was very nice and friendly. Before doing anything extra he let me know and gave options before I made a decision. I really like the fact that he didn't come to me with a long list things that he felt like had to be done.
