Oil Change Incompetence I took my Rogue to Tynan’s for an oil change Saturday. By Tuesday there was about half a quart of oil on my garage floor. Thank God I barely drove it I took my Rogue to Tynan’s for an oil change Saturday. By Tuesday there was about half a quart of oil on my garage floor. Thank God I barely drove it on the days in between. I brought the car back to them and they fixed it (as far as I can tell) but they were rather nonchalant about the fact that their technician didn’t tighten the cap enough so it wouldn’t leak. Now I get to clean up an oil slick the length of my car from my garage floor. Why pay the dealer $20 more for an oil change when I can go to Jiffy Lube and not have to degrease my garage afterwards? More

A Great Dealership I bought two Xterras from Tynan's almost five years ago. The most succinct review I can give is that the sales staff was low pressure (actually NO pre I bought two Xterras from Tynan's almost five years ago. The most succinct review I can give is that the sales staff was low pressure (actually NO pressure) and a good deal for both parties was completed. The more long-term follow through aspect of the deal, auto service, has been the best I've ever experienced............I'm never disappointed either by the service itself, or the service customer care. If Tynan's service was average, I would have found out after almost five years of them servicing my Xterras. What I found out is that Tynan's is the best dealership I have ever been associated with after 48 years of owning cars. More

Installed a new driver side seat bracket that was cracked The driver seat kept "shifting" while driving. Starting from a stop the seat would shift backward. They discovered that the "seat track has lose fit between the holding rivets and the seat frame. Replaced seat frame assembly and working to specs now". It works fine now. More
