I cannot say enough positive about our experience with Karisa. She took the time with communication the day before and the day of purchase helping us decide on which Pathfinder was the best fit for us fin Karisa. Step by step she walked us through the financing and helped us connect with all tech stuff. And then went out to the Pathfinder after our purchase and explained each and every detail about how everything works. I literally have never been treated so well buying a vehicle. We decided to return as customers because the service department had always taken wonderful care of us with our 2013 Pathfinder. The entire Ed Martin team is amazing! Thank you so much! More
