Ed Martin’s is the place to go if you want a no hassle deal. Everyone from sales, the GM, and even the Business Mgr were very pleasant to work with. I walked in and asked to test drive a Frontier. I was introduced to Karisa and she took it from there. It was the smoothest vehicle purchase I’ve ever made. She helped me upload the apps and showed me how to use them in conjunction with my new truck. She reached out the next day to see if I had any questions. Ken was a very good salesman, not only he was a very friendly guy. Everytime, I would get my 2016 Nissan Sentra serviced him and I would have a conversation. He knew the time was right to show me a 2022 friendly guy. Everytime, I would get my 2016 Nissan Sentra serviced him and I would have a conversation. He knew the time was right to show me a 2022 Sentra that fit me very well. When trading my car in I didn’t get as much as I wanted. I felt lowballed in a way. They are selling my car for way more than what they gave me. I get Ed Martin has make a profit but I put a lot of money in that Sentra. Maintenance was done to a tee. Whoever buys that car will have a well maintained car. Then, the glass coat was not applied correctly for something I paid for. The tint has tiny bubbles. More
