I sincerely apologize your experience was less than expected. We try our hardest to make the cars showroom ready, prior to being on display, but with the current used car market conditions, too often cars are being sold right after they get here. As you mentioned, the vehicle was very dirty and still needed to be reconditioned, based off the review I’m not sure why our team would set the expectation for detail at 30 mins, clearly to be cleaned thoroughly would take much more time than that. As for the repairs, we found a faulty wheel bearing during the inspection and simply replaced the part, as we would on any used vehicle. Hopefully you can enjoy your new Jetta for years to come.
