We had an excellent experience with this dealership. We live in Mesa and found a car online at this dealership and it was priced exceptionally well which made it worth the drive. Before we decided to make the drive, we called to be sure the car was still available, this is when the 5 star service begins. We were fortunate to be connected with Jason Wilson. He went above and beyond for us to ensure the car we were making the drive to see, was going to work for us. He first ensured the vehicle was there and received special permission to hold the keys for us. He then took a video of the car and pointed out any flaws he saw. He also emailed me the out the door cost (with taxes and fees) so we weren’t surprised when we got there. We then decided to make the drive and when we arrived, the car was parked in the shade for us and ready to test drive. He took us on a beautiful drive that included hold and turns to get a real feel for everything the car had to offer. It was great! When it came to the paperwork, the price he quoted me via email is exactly what was on the final paperwork, nothing extra. Then, we met with Tracy who solidified our paperwork. She was incredible! We were under a strict time constraint and she totally rose to the occasion making the paperwork super fast to get us on our way quickly. Before we left, the manager even came out to say hello! I am so grateful for the extremely wonderful experience we had buying a used car from this dealership. Even though it’s over a hundred miles away, I could definitely see us buying a car from them in the future. More
