I have worked the past 9 years at Grand Subaru and 14 in total with Subaru. I have filled the Delivery Specialist role for the last six years and enjoy providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience for each customer. My dedication to the brand and customers drives me to continually improve and adapt in my role. Outside of my work life, my days are filled with spending time with my wife and family which includes 3 rescue dogs and enjoying the “lawn life” of taking care of landscaping and a well manicured lawn. The science behind it all intrigues me.

Very happy with our buying experience! We had a great experience working with Brianna Bartoli at Grand Subaru. We knew what we were looking for and had narrowed it down to 3 vehicles (diff We had a great experience working with Brianna Bartoli at Grand Subaru. We visited multiple times to ask questions, review features, test drive, etc.. and every time we were met with a smile. Brianna went out of her way to find answers for any questions we had and offered the facts with a no-pressure approach. Having been out of the purchasing market for many years, this was much appreciated. We just needed time to take it all in and make the best decision for our family. I would highly recommend the Subaru Ascent and making a purchase with Brianna was a breeze. In addition, we had our follow-up visit with Jason Zapfel a few weeks later, and this program was perfect. After driving the vehicle for a few weeks, I'd noted several questions in my little Subaru notebook, and it was great to get the answers I needed. Thanks Subaru! More

Jeff was great to work with! He provided a price via email, quickly. And he didn’t keep emailing me back, pestering me to come buy it. New Crosstrek Purchase Great communication throughout the whole process. It was no haggling and feeling like you are forced into anything.
