I learned quite a bit by asking many people the same question. I felt as I spoke to Lou Scapellato that I was speaking with a consummate professional! Lou truly is fabulous!! On a Thursday evening I spoke to Lou about my car needs. I had some final questions that were very important before I could make a smart decision. Not only did Lou answer all my questions with great patience but he educated me on some things that I hadn’t considered. I was so impressed by Lou that I made an appointment to visit him the next day. Though the dealership is far from my home I knew I had to meet him & see this Grand Subaru dealership in Bensenville. Another reason in addition to a great salesman was that I was offered the best out the door price of the many dealerships I had reached out to. It really was win win. The icing on the cake was that on the following Monday Lou had the car of my dreams! I am so pleased to recommend Lou for his kindness, professionalism, and his dedication!! Lou has gone above and beyond. Thanks Lou for a phenomenal car buying experience! I must also give thanks to two more fabulous employees at Grand Subaru. Afiza Abaihanova and Jason Zapfel. These two wonderful people helped me learn many things about the car. I am truly grateful for their assistance, patience, and professionalism!! Afiza gave me so much help and was so sweet and kind that I returned to have her educate me further. Jason is an excellent teacher! He knew what I needed to learn about the new Outback technology but also let me lead the discussion as to what I wanted to learn. I know that these three wonderful individuals are a great asset to Grand Subaru in Bensenville. Please accept my gratitude for wonderful car buying experience and know I will be a repeat customer. Having been out of the purchasing market for many years, this was much appreciated. We just needed time to take it all in and make the best decision for our family.
