I typically have the car back same day which is a plus for me. *The only suggestion I could make is that they fix the 'on-line' service request that includes car pick-up program. I requested the car and it confirmed a car would be a my house next day at 9am but after 45 min waiting I called and they said that feature isn't available on-line, you have to call in (but they didn't call me to let me know after seeing my requst). They had to schedule me for the following week. Thank you!! More

General vehicle check up and routine oil change I brought my car in for a general check up and routine oil change. I met with Javier Esquivel. Mr. Esquivel was very thorough and detailed exactly wha I brought my car in for a general check up and routine oil change. I met with Javier Esquivel. Mr. Esquivel was very thorough and detailed exactly what my car needed done. During the process, Mr. Esquivel explained the Tech, Fredy R. found three issues that need to be taken care of, We scheduled my next appointment for 10/11/19 to get these issues done. Overall I was impressed by Mr. Esquivel's attention and concern and very satisfied that the Tech Fredy R. pointed out the other 3 issues. The service I receive at Puente Hills Hyundai is outstanding and I am very confident that the technicians are thorough and do outstanding work. I will always use Puente Hill Hyundai for my service and repairs. More
