I am very disappointed with your finance department especially the the person who handled the transaction and Quoted me finance charge of 5.5 % apr . He did not give me any paper work my son was in a h especially the the person who handled the transaction and Quoted me finance charge of 5.5 % apr . He did not give me any paper work my son was in a hurry because he got called into work because one of their employees did not show. He originally quoted me 5.9% and I told him I am not comfortable with that payment he said he will adjusted it and give me new papers to sign in a hurry and quoted me a payment of I think $ 546.00 including all charges and the extended warranty. I also came back the next day to my surprise the interest rate is 5.9% which raises my payment to almost $600.00 . He promised to cancel the extended warranty. But my payment will remain the same for the terms of the loan. Honesty in your organization is not credible. Thanks for your service. More
