Overall, I had a great experience with the dealership between Eddie and Mark. I however was appalled that a manager and service person would both lie to cover up a mistake to a car that I was trying to p between Eddie and Mark. From the moment I walked into the dealershi out to City VW of Chicago to make your next vehicle purchase, you’re doing yourself a serious disservice. From the moment I walked into the dealership, I couldn’t help but feel welcome. Luis immediately jumped to take care of me as I walked in dragging my bags behind me right off a flight. I wasn’t pressured at all to make a purchase and he did everything in his power to make absolutely sure I ended up in the car that met all my wants and needs AND made my budget. I’ve never been to City VW but from the second I walked into City VW they treated me like they have done business with me for years. My car needed service work after I bought it and they had a brand new l into City VW they treated me like they have done business with me for years.
