I am very happy with the car that I bought, but the process was messy. Initially, I worked with Javier and he was great! Very kind and professional.
I am very happy with the car that I bought, but the process was messy. Initially, I worked with Javier and he was great! Very kind and professional. Later in the experience is when it started to sour. I was given different prices for my car multiple times, paper work was incorrect, charges were added on last minute due to their errors, and communication between the staff was severely lacking.
When I went to pick up my car, Zach was very upbeat. The person who was up front and directed us was delightful, but unfortunately I didn’t catch his name!
