Love my new 2021 Hybrid Highlander! I have been searching for a specific color (Bluprint) with black leather interior for the LONGEST. Everywhere I have called either have it "in the process of being built" for a specific color (Bluprint) with black leather interior for the LONGEST. Everywhere I have called either have it "in the process of being built" or "not available". My search ended up with Sloane Toyota in Philadelphia and they had this exact vehicle "in transit". I gave the dealership a call, and I spoke with a sales representative, Saymon, who was VERY helpful and said that the car i wanted was actually en-route to their dealership. He gave me an estimated date of when it will arrive and also sent me the specs. I couldn't believe it. Throughout the 2 week wait, Saymon did an amazing job by keeping me informed and also clarified some miscommunication issues that we had. I can tell from our conversations that he puts priority in making sure his customers are well taken care off. Even on the day that the car arrived and I had an emergency at work and was not able to come in that scheduled day, Saymon was able to hold it specifically for me until I was able to come in. When we arrived, we were introduced to each other, was showed the car, and went for a test drive. By the time I got back from that drive, he all the necessary paperwork ready for us and kept us up to date about any delays. Any and every question I had, was answered professionally and he was able to give me a thorough walk through of the vehicle since I never owned a car that was a push start before. Big shout out to Saymon at Sloane Toyota in Philadelphia and Mr. Javier in the finance team for being very professional and efficient to your customers. If you are ever in need of a very respectful, courteous, and professional sales representative, look for Saymon. I am in love with my new Highlander and it wouldn't have been possible without him helping me. Thank you! More
