Great Experience! We had another car that was pretty new that was in a lease. I just showed up to sit in a new Camry to see how I liked it. There were a few salesmen We had another car that was pretty new that was in a lease. I just showed up to sit in a new Camry to see how I liked it. There were a few salesmen outside when I pulled up. One met me at the car and helped me. I said all I wanted was to sit in a Camry and get a brochure on a Camry. Then we started talking about my current car. I told Johnathan "Hutch" Hutchison that I was in a current lease and I didn't want to waste his time. He said no problem do you want to see if I can get you into a 2017 Camry. I again said that I didn't want to waste his time but we proceeded. I called to get the payoff on my current lease and they all took my word for it that it was the correct amount. I think they could tell that I don't lie and that I don't like liars either. So, we haggled a little bit back and forth on price but there was never any pressure to buy a new Camry. I've had too many different vehicles to even remember. I have bought many different brands at many different dealerships. This was a very pleasant experience as far as my stress level because I always stress out at dealerships. I guess it's just how I am but I think many people do. At Elk Grove Toyota I wasn't stressed. I already had a nice car but I like the Camry more. Now I'm driving a new 2017 Camry SE that I really like. They paid off my lease and made me a deal that I couldn't refuse. The car I had was two years old and a similar priced car. When I called my insurance company because of all of the safety features on the Camry, my monthly payment only raised by $1.96. Thank you very much "Hutch", Jay Chhim as a Sales Manager and Lee Saeteune as the finance guy. Everybody at this dealership bent over backwards for me. Everybody that I ran into was genuinely nice and helpful at every turn. Thanks again and I'll try to send some friends and family to Elk Grove Toyota in Elk Grove, CA. Brian Rea, the dealer we worked with was always professional, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He placed a special order so that we were able to get the specific color of the Tacoma we wanted. And when the pick up arrived, as we were ready to leave on vacation, Brian went out of his way to squeeze us into his already busy schedule to accommodate us. In addition, what other car dealer would follow-up with a phone call and a thank you card? We are the thankful ones for the hassle-free, no pressure purchasing experience. Jay, from the finance department also was a pleasure to meet and he also didn't pressure us, further adding to our overall positive experience. We definitely will be recommending our friends and family to Elk Grove Toyota and will be returning there for any vehicle purchases in the future. More

Good car buying experience On Veteran's Day I went to Elk Grove Toyota armed with info from 3 different Sacramento Toyota dealers re the new 2016 Toyota Rav4 XLE AWD I wanted to On Veteran's Day I went to Elk Grove Toyota armed with info from 3 different Sacramento Toyota dealers re the new 2016 Toyota Rav4 XLE AWD I wanted to buy. I never left EG Toyota because they had what I wanted at the right price. I met Pete Johnson who gave me a quote way under dealer's invoice. He clearly explained the cost of each upgrade and how much of a discount we were getting. He was not high-pressure and let us make our own decision. We also worked with Lee in Finance and he was also low-pressure on any upgrades. In fact we went back and while Lee was not in, we worked with Jay who got the upgrade we wanted at a great discount also. It was such a good experience that we plan to do all our maintenance, etc. with their service department and expect their good performance also. More

Best car buying experience EVER!!! I looked up the used car selection online, found the exact used minivan we wanted. Min was our salesperson and he was not pushy, related to our needs I looked up the used car selection online, found the exact used minivan we wanted. Min was our salesperson and he was not pushy, related to our needs and showed concern about our finances and monthly payments. He worked very hard to get us into this van with care and concern. Then we went to see Jay in the Finance Dept to sign papers. He was very thorough in going over all documents, and showing us the benefits of extended warranty and GAP insurance. The general manager came out to be sure we were pleased with our transaction, and they showed us in detail how to use our new car. We will refer everyone we know to Elk Grove Toyota and return in a few years to buy our daughter her first car!!! More
