Best car buying experience EVER!!! I looked up the used car selection online, found the exact used minivan we wanted. Min was our salesperson and he was not pushy, related to our needs I looked up the used car selection online, found the exact used minivan we wanted. Min was our salesperson and he was not pushy, related to our needs and showed concern about our finances and monthly payments. He worked very hard to get us into this van with care and concern. Then we went to see Jay in the Finance Dept to sign papers. He was very thorough in going over all documents, and showing us the benefits of extended warranty and GAP insurance. The general manager came out to be sure we were pleased with our transaction, and they showed us in detail how to use our new car. We will refer everyone we know to Elk Grove Toyota and return in a few years to buy our daughter her first car!!! More

I purchased a 2016 Toyota Highlander this past weekend, and can't say enough positive things about my experience at Elk Grove Toyota. I didn't have a trade-in and brought my own financing, and was treated with respect and support in the purchase of my new car. I was even given a tour of the service center and explanation of what to do when dropping off, getting a shuttle, etc. I am so happy I bought locally from this great dealership. Each person with whom we dealt (from the sales consultant and sales manager to the people in the finance and the customer relations offices) couldn't have been any nicer every step of the way. Each was extremely professional, very knowledgeable, always totally friendly, and certainly very patient as we asked our many questions. The dealer gave us some time on our own there to decide on the color, and that worked out well.
