Toyota has always been good to me and on top of the quality of the car, the quality of the customer service is phenomenal !! John made sure I got the car I wanted and even had it transferred from Vacaville because he knew how important getting a white Camry was to me. I'm so excited about my new car and couldn't have asked for a better team. All the guys were so friendly and helpful. Not to mention, everyone kept telling me "congrats on your new car" and I thought that was very thoughtful. I will recommend Elk Grove toyota to everyone! More

I had a great experience getting the vehicle I wanted. I first was going to get a Prius but glad I didn't because even with the better gas mileage I've now found out every person I've driven in the last week is VERY happy I went with the Corolla. It was a very pleasant experience with everyone I interacted with. Nik was my sales man who helped me immensely. All in all I HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy, lease, or use the Uber program to get a vehicle! More

The other dealership had an employee that would not leave us alone. Johnny at Elk Grove Toyota helped us without pestering us to buy a car. He stayed by and was able to answer all of our questions. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain all of our financing/leasing options explaining all of the pros and cons. I would go back to Elk Grove Toyota to buy my next car! More
