Good afternoon, Thank you very much for choosing Manly Honda, we really appreciate you and your business. I do apologize for the trouble you are having. I have been informaed that the audio unit manufacturer is working on a software update. It seems that this issue began recently with the latest Apple software update. This can happen at times when Apple or Android software updates are released. The audio unit doesnt have capatibility until its reprogrammed. This update is created by the audio unit manufacturer. Then these updates are relased to the auto manufacturers for dealership access. It is to my understanding that the first phase is already in progress. This usually takes at least 2-3 weeks. Although I do not have a solid timeline for this release, I know it doesnt take long. I do apologize for the trouble again and hope to be able to remedy soon. I also noticed that you had given Jay 2 stars. This is very unusuall, was there something that happened that wasnt mentioned?
