They say one thing and do another When i called the dealership, they told me that the recall repairs would only take an hour, and that i should come early in the morning but when i got When i called the dealership, they told me that the recall repairs would only take an hour, and that i should come early in the morning but when i got there they told me that they were backed up and that the repairs would take all day, leaving me no way to get to work as they don’t provide loaner cars. This back and forth trip cost me $80 of uber rides. To top it all off, i just got a text from them telling me that the “part” they ordered has arrived And that I should come back. When I picked up the car they told me that everything was done. They never told me that they ordered another part and that it needed to be installed. More
