Service and repairs The worst service ever. The attitude in the front desk is horrible. When I bought my jeep they promised free oil change, tire rotation and car wash The worst service ever. The attitude in the front desk is horrible. When I bought my jeep they promised free oil change, tire rotation and car wash as long as I service my jeep at there service department. I have never gotten a free car wash, when I asked they said they don't do that anymore, when I ask for the tire rotation they charge me, I told them that when I brought my jeep I was told that I get free tire rotation their response was i have to pay. They are nasty and I wish I never brought my jeep from them. They lied. The sales person was never available when I wanted to ask him why is everything different from what I was told.. Do Not Buy your vehicle from Bayside Jeep More

Repairs They claimed I needed a which would run $1,800 core I got a second opinion it turns out that I needed a thermostat and a water pump. At the end of the day I do not trust this dealership with repairs they want to charge me repairs that don't need to be done. No plans on visiting the dealership anytime soon More

How they operate I purchased a new vehicle for this dealership after traveling 2 hrs that ordeal was a nightmare. They told me about there great service. I was told wh I purchased a new vehicle for this dealership after traveling 2 hrs that ordeal was a nightmare. They told me about there great service. I was told when i scheduled my first service they would have a loaner ready for me. When i arrived it took them over 2 hours to get me a loaner. When the guy from the local rent a car told me to inspect my car when i pick it up im was puzzeled. They called me the next day and said car is ready. When i got to the dealer they told me to return rental. When i got back from rental i waited over a hour and they told me that they noticed a problem yesterday with the weather stripping and when removing windshield it broke. That car is not ready and they will call when ready. So i went to rental car place and got a loaner and drove back 2 hours. The next day i went to the dealer after they called, when i arrived they said car is almost ready. When they finally pulled car up i barely recognized the car it was so dirty. I drove off and saw tire indicater light was still on. So i decided to just take it home to my mechanic. When i told him about winshield he looked and told me it was never touched. So the paperwork said changed tire and winshield (under warrantee) yet nothing was done. So i am assuming manufacture pays without questions. Thats just plain dirty. More

no parts ,poor service Bought 4 trucks from bayside in 2 years. Every repair done in the past has always taken an extremely long amount of time . This last repair I was told Bought 4 trucks from bayside in 2 years. Every repair done in the past has always taken an extremely long amount of time . This last repair I was told the truck needed a cooling fan assembly and they are on back order till the middle of January , approximately 2 months away .Can't run my business without trucks . While talking to the service dept. , I was put on hold several times for 15 minutes and then disconnected . When I finally got someone to talk to I was told there is no loaner or rental truck available ,that I would have to call dodge which turned out to be an even worse experience . I was given a case # and case manager which means nothing .They are never in .They say they will call back and never do . I had to take control of the situation . I found the part on Amazon for half the price and had it in one day and the next day put it in . 10 days later they call and say the part is in . Poor management and customer service . It appears that nobody cares . More
