Satisfied Customer I've been a repeat customer with Bayside Chrysler now for around 11 years and have leased or bought 4 cars through Adeel Dar. The dealership and t I've been a repeat customer with Bayside Chrysler now for around 11 years and have leased or bought 4 cars through Adeel Dar. The dealership and the owner Alan have always been very attentive to any of my requests, be it pricing, financing or service. Adeel on my last transaction had me in and out of the dealership within 3 hours of my first interest in a new 2018 Cherokee. He met our price requirements, our car accessory and package needs and came up with Financing that was reasonable and he followed up with me after the sale. I knew all of my Fico and Financial info going in and these guys were 100% honest about my credit info and my financing options. Go to Bayside Chrysler if you need a new or used vehicle, know your situation and they will be more than fair and honest with you. For me that means a lot and has kept me coming back. I will be back in about 4 months for a 2018 Wrangler and I actually look forward to the car buying/leasing process now. More

Good customer service I recently took my car for a oil change and to get new wipers for my jeep and even though the wait was long and price for the wipers was a little too I recently took my car for a oil change and to get new wipers for my jeep and even though the wait was long and price for the wipers was a little too expensive the interactions I had with Jay makes up for it.this guy is a class act.I always enjoy our interactions. It is about being transparent. I never complained of anybody not being polite and I did mentioned that you made lots of efforts. But how can you explain that I was told that the veh I never complained of anybody not being polite and I did mentioned that you made lots of efforts. But how can you explain that I was told that the vehicle is ready and the engine light is off for 3 times while it is not ! I'd have appreciated an answer like we don't have what it takes to take care of that. My only complaint was when I complained at the first time that the vehicle is worse and undrivable while I brought it driving it. At this time the manager accused me of being rude ! More

Totally unsatisfied and frustrated I was called that the vehicle is ready and after I paid, I found that the vehicle is in worse condition than when I first brought it in, like the engi I was called that the vehicle is ready and after I paid, I found that the vehicle is in worse condition than when I first brought it in, like the engine was replaced with other worse engine. When I complained, the manager accused me of being nasty!! Then they told me that the bill contains a recommendation to replace one more part, they never told me before that it necessary for the repairs. Then after waiting for 10 days for the part, they called me yesterday that they need 2 more parts. 3 vehicle diagnosis and 13 days of delay and until now, they never told me when the vehicle will be ready!!! Never ever again Chrysler. More

Excellent Never liked dealing with car dealers before.. I felt they were dishonest, didn't trust anything they said; until I came to Bayside Chrysler.. I found that they try to accommodate my requests as much as possible.. I dealt with a few people here, but Edwin Diaz, Robert Caballeros, Giovanni and Terry made things smooth for me.. Terrible service I have had numerous issues with my car and this dealership over the years. The latest issue issue involved the service group having my car for two day I have had numerous issues with my car and this dealership over the years. The latest issue issue involved the service group having my car for two days to fix a faulty sensor which was a $35 part and they charged me $300 in labor costs to fix it. There was also another recall on my car I think this is the tenth one so far which they weren't able to do so I'm going to need to go back at a later date to fix this defect. Do yourself a favor and do not buy a Jeep and don't go to this dealership. More
