Back again In 2014 I leased a new Jeep Cherokee from Bayside. I was very pleased with everything including the service. I never paid for maintenance unless it was something out of the ordinary. This month I leased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee from them. What can I say...their commitment to helping people and keeping them satisfied blows my mind. Great job all round. More

Absolutely the worst dealership ever! I wanted to give zero To start I bought a CERTIFIED pre owned 2011 Jeep Wrangler unlimited. I wanted to purchase a certified pre owned from a dealership because I trusted t To start I bought a CERTIFIED pre owned 2011 Jeep Wrangler unlimited. I wanted to purchase a certified pre owned from a dealership because I trusted that they would ensure quality in my purchase. I couldn't have been more wrong. The wrangler I purchased was leaking water so bad the jack was inoperable. I discovered that about 2 months after purchase. I went into the rear compartment and it was filled with water. Then my breaks started making a little noise I only heard twice. I took it in and found out I needed breaks and rotors. When I brought it in for the break noise I asked them to check on the leak. Afte 6 days! They finally gave me an answer. Neither the breaks nor the leak were covered under the additional extended warranty I purchased. The breaks were 600$ and the leak was a 50$ part but they were going to charge me 280$ labor. Again they took my jeep for 6 days and wouldn't take any of my calls nor would they return them. I had to actually go to the dealership several times in an attempt to get answers. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership and I would recommend everyone refuse to purchase vehicles from them or take their vehicles there for service. More

Bad experience! Disappointed that my dealership lied to me about an unnecessary service that was supposedly needed for my new 2016 Dodge Challenger. Charged me $250 f Disappointed that my dealership lied to me about an unnecessary service that was supposedly needed for my new 2016 Dodge Challenger. Charged me $250 for "fuel injector cleaning" the car doesn't even have 15,000 miles on it. Was misled in purchasing this service to help pad the dealership pockets. More

Deceiving Your Customers Trust is a major factor for me and the trust factor has been proven untrustworthy. I brought my car to you to have a problem corrected with my airbag Trust is a major factor for me and the trust factor has been proven untrustworthy. I brought my car to you to have a problem corrected with my airbag dashboard light staying on. My manual says if this happens I should take my car to a certified dealer, which is why I came to you. After the diagnostic was ran on my car, I was told that there was a "Plastic connector" under my passenger seat that was broken and it needed to be replaced. I was told it probably broke from someone sitting in the passenger seat. I was quoted approx, $375.00 for the part alone and a total price of $800.00 to repair this problem. This wasn't covered under warranty and I couldn't afford at the time to have it done. Days later I decided to take my car to my personal mechanic. A retired head mechanic for Infinity and Nissan, who showed me that the connector Mr. Escobar informed about was NOT broken and was not the problem. My car has been repaired and it only cost me $330.00 for the parts and labor. I would never come back to your dealership for service nor would I recommend your dealership to anyone for service or to purchase anything. "Honesty IS the best policy". I spent $218.00 to be swindled. You're supposed to be a public service. You exist because of the public. If we don't walk through your doors, you stop existing. So STOP deceiving and lying to your customers and try operating with some integrity. More
