If you're looking to sell your vehicle Jay Freeman at Scranton Chevrolet Norwich is someone you must contact. I had contacted a number of dealers looking to trade my car in. From my perspective it was in Scranton Chevrolet Norwich is someone you must contact. I had contacted a number of dealers looking to trade my car in. From my perspective it was in very good to excellent condition but all the dealers would give me is a Kelly blue book rating poor condition. I then advertised my car on Craigslist and Jay saw my add and called me and offered me three thousand dollars more than my best dealer offer. Brought it over to Scranton Chevrolet Jay checked it out and paid me on the spot. He did all the paperwork no hassles and if I could I would give 6 stars. More
