Mr. Johanas was very much the opposite which made me feel more reassured that I made the right choice! He followed up with a call to reassure me that he would make himself available for any questions and help me along in getting acquainted with the technology embodied in the car.Furthermore he said he would be there when needed in maintaining service phase .
