They were very professional to work with. I had an interlock on my car and I needed to have the battery replaced. When there is no power to the interlock, it causes a lock out. The lead in the department was able to replace the battery while it was still running. Incredible work. I will forever bring my car their for service. More

The service requested was perfect. However, the clear coat on the hood which was already somewhat peeling was almost totally removed upon pick up. Not sure what happened but no one mentioned this when I picked it up and I was given a brochure for the collision facility should I want to get it painted myself. Not a big deal but ommiting the issue was not appreciated. More

Communication and comprehension is important to make sure your vehicle is serviced properly. Being able to describe your vehicle’s issue and being able to understand what the service center is advising sure your vehicle is serviced properly. Being able to describe your vehicle’s issue and being able to understand what the service center is advising is important. The same for the service advisers as well! That way things can be done the 1st time serviced vs having to come back to be have vehicle re serviced. More

Jai over at omera ford was commited to figuring out the weird problem on my vehicle i broight it in 3 times. The first they couldnt find the issue and told me it may have been a antena interferance. Tge se weird problem on my vehicle i broight it in 3 times. The first they couldnt find the issue and told me it may have been a antena interferance. Tge seccond time the mechanic had thought it was the key and had me pay out of picket for a key. 3 days later the same problem occured. I broight the vehicle back and they kept it for a week and half. Finnally they figured out it was a wire from the bcm to the pcm that was shorting out due ti heat from the exhaust. Was super happy to get the vehicle back however the mechanic at first seemed to be guessing at problems and made me pay for a key when i already didnt have money i would like like to be reimburesed for that mis diagonstic issue. More

The service advisor never mentioned that they would sit on the vehicle for 3 days before looking at it. I made a scheduled appointment one week and a half prior to this thinking that it would go in immedia on the vehicle for 3 days before looking at it. I made a scheduled appointment one week and a half prior to this thinking that it would go in immediately to be looked at. Then the service advisor would not call me back in a timely manner. And then once I've got the estimate for repair it was double the cost of an outside repair shop estimate. Please note the service advisor was very cordial and nice but not very attentive to calling anybody back to advise of the status of the vehicle. The rear differential was never even opened up so I don't know how they came to the conclusion of the cost of the repair. More
