I purchased a new Audi a4 and couldn't be happier. Jay Levy made the experience very easy. My last few purchases for my wife have not gone great as the salesmen usually talk to me and not to her, and Jay Levy made the experience very easy. My last few purchases for my wife have not gone great as the salesmen usually talk to me and not to her, and boy do I hear about it later. Jay asked some questions when we sat down and took the time right from the get go to find out the car was for her and concentrated on what she had to say. Usually I don't do reviews but she told me to make sure to do one in this case. A+ guys and gals and we will be back in the future to buy more as well. Keep up the good work. More

My new A7 is fantastic and I would like to thank Jay and everyone else at Burlington Audi for helping. I couldn't believe how great Jay and the whole staff were. I purchased a used Infiniti G35 from Audi of Burlington and it was a very good experience. The car had a few problems after I picked it up that had nothing to do with the vehicle and they gladly took care and it was a very good experience. The car had a few problems after I picked it up that had nothing to do with the vehicle and they gladly took care of the issues for me. Jay L was responsive whenever I called and seemed concerned that service handled my concerns quickly and correctly. It just goes to show that not blowing people off after you sell them a car goes a long way, as I would gladly buy from Jay and Audi or any herb chambers dealer again. I know things happen with cars I think the important thing is how they are handled and this dealership did a great job with the few small things that happened with the Infiniti. More

What a refreshing experience. As someone who works in sales myself, I have very high expectations for customer service. I've had a number of less than great experiences buying cars in the past and was e sales myself, I have very high expectations for customer service. I've had a number of less than great experiences buying cars in the past and was expecting more of the same. Jay not only met my expectations, but he blew them away. He answered all of my many, many questions and somehow knew exactly when I needed him without being pushy. I felt like Jay wanted me to leave with a car I'd be happy with rather than the car that would make the most money. He managed to find me a great car within my price range and was clear about the pros and cons of it versus other cars in the lot. Luckily, they were mostly pros! The whole experience was very pleasant and every single person I met at the dealership was friendly and professional. Audi of Burlington is a rare dealer. I will definitely be back! More

I met Jay Levy who I found to be extremely friendly, and professional. Unlike other salesmen that I met in the past, he took the time to answer any and all questions that I had, and he didn't try and pressure me to buy a vehicle within the first minute that I met him. I would not hesitate to recommend Jay Levy and the Audi Burlington dealership to my family and friends, because of the way in which I was treated while I was there. I want to take the time to let people that are reading this review know, that if I could have given higher grades, I would have. I also have a job that deals with the public, and I can certainly recognize great customer skills, when I see them. More

This was a follow-up post-delivery visit to aquaint us with the features of the Q7. This is our first Audi and our initial experience was a comedy of errors, and very frustrating, but after meeting with J with the features of the Q7.
