I had the very best experience yesterday at Russ Darrow... A far cry from my first experience several months ago. I like to give places a second chance. Jay is an amazing customer and service repr Darrow... A far cry from my first experience several months ago. I like to give places a second chance. Jay is an amazing customer and service representative! He walked me through everything I needed to know from the tread ratings board when I initially came in, to a walk through of my receipt details and even followed up by asking if I had any questions. Awesome customer service! So glad I gave your dealership a second chance! Wish there were more people like Jay in the industry! More
