When I'm not helping service customers I enjoy spending time with my family and I play softball two nights a week. I'm a huge Wisconsin sports fan and enjoy watching all of them. Clean, courteous. Good work. No long waiting period. Only came in for an oil change so nothing too complicated, but had some questions and tech was very helpful. I had the very best experience yesterday at Russ Darrow... A far cry from my first experience several months ago. I like to give places a second chance. Jay is an amazing customer and service repr Darrow... A far cry from my first experience several months ago. I like to give places a second chance. Jay is an amazing customer and service representative! He walked me through everything I needed to know from the tread ratings board when I initially came in, to a walk through of my receipt details and even followed up by asking if I had any questions. Awesome customer service! So glad I gave your dealership a second chance! Wish there were more people like Jay in the industry! More
