Wonderful Experience I bought my 2017 CX-5 Grand Touring at Sports Mazda at the end of November. We dealt with Brian. I asked him to see the two models of the CX-5's that I bought my 2017 CX-5 Grand Touring at Sports Mazda at the end of November. We dealt with Brian. I asked him to see the two models of the CX-5's that I was interested in. He brought them up to the front of the dealership so I could compare both. There was never any sales pressure. I drove the one I liked best and ended up buying it. The process was very smooth. I dealt with Rey for finance. When I decided to change my financing option to a different one Ray was very accommodating. They also have a person who will shop for the best cost efficient car insurance. I dealt with Cody. He was very accommodating also. Stephanie took the time to show us all the features of the CX-5. Both Jay & Daniel got right back to me when I had additional questions about the financing. My service was so good that my daughter and I went back the following week and bought a 2nd 2017 CX-5 Grand Touring for her. Not only was the service excellent but the Mazda is a first class crossover. We had visited 2 other dealerships in Orlando prior to Sports Mazda and there was no comparison. More

Above and beyond ALL expectations! The day started with my 2004 Mazda RX8 facing some expensive maintenance issues. The day ended with me buying a mint condition, 2013 Infiniti G37 with The day started with my 2004 Mazda RX8 facing some expensive maintenance issues. The day ended with me buying a mint condition, 2013 Infiniti G37 with a full 2/3rds less miles (12.5k) and for several thousand dollars less than Don Mealeys Sport Mazda's competitors. I can say with all certainty that had I been at a dealership without their level of customer service I would have left unhappy. Instead I left with one of the best buying experiences I've had and a deal that was nothing short of amazing. A huge amount thanks goes to Jay Mealey who took the time, care, and concern to make sure my needs were met. He is a genuinely nice man, cares about every customer, and it shows. He embodies customer service. I'd also like to thank Mark Cappetta, Dan Parker, and Brian in finance. Great people to work with! Absolutely zero stress, straight forward, and genuine! What a great sales team! Lastly I'd like to personally thank Ellie, Nick, Kevin, and Solee in maintenance! They did everything in their power to solve the issues with my old car and helped me transition into my new car.
