The fact is I stress very much with my team the need to PURCHASE CARS, I never refer to this as a method of Selling Vehicles. In understand you did not percieve this in our approach but we have purchased well over 20 vehicles this month and I think we have sold just 1 off the KBB program. I regret that you spent valuable time in my showroom and online with nothing to show for it.
