Fantastic service 5 stars PLUS for this place! I had bought a car with a manual transmission, but was unable to drive it due to knee issues. After a long uphill battle 5 stars PLUS for this place! I had bought a car with a manual transmission, but was unable to drive it due to knee issues. After a long uphill battle with everything, Don Mealy Sports Mazda was able to help fix my situation. After about 4 hours in the dealership, I was able to walk out with the same exact car, but with an automatic transmission. The employees there worked long and hard and bent over backwards to fix the situation that had occurred. And when we wound up being there for longer then expected, they even bought us dinner. I highly recommend Don Mealy Sports Mazda for any and all car transactions. Thank you for everything you did (: More

This Guy Is Electric! So I called Donny at Sport Mazda and he gets me on the schedule for the time I needed. I asked him to look at a few things and take care of the car f So I called Donny at Sport Mazda and he gets me on the schedule for the time I needed. I asked him to look at a few things and take care of the car for whatever was necessary. I left and before I could get back to my office (only a few minutes away), he called and left me a message. He had prices of everything, more information on what my car needed and simple solutions. Donny went above and beyond - again - to handle my car. His attitude is great and he always has a smile on his face. When I arrived, Donny pulled the car up, walked me into the cashiers area, put all the documents out for me to sign and held the door open for me when I left. It is an absolute pleasure doing business with him and Sport Mazda gets another great review thanks to him. Oh, and my car is more important to me than some relatives, so I take great care of it and feel confident handing him the keys. More

Exceptional Service In all my years of a car owner, I've never been treated with such grace. I wasnt charged for having a nail removed and plugged. Such a wonderful gift. From the beginning it was horrible Miscommunication from the beginning. I was not informed to bring in a card to get my car serviced. Donny had to tell me to listen and should have questioned when I was told my maintenance was free. He had a condascending attitude and was argumentative making me feel uncomfortable. No consumer should be talked to this way specially when you come in an hour early to be considerate of their time. More
