I am a Lancaster County boy. Married to beautiful Colleen for 28 wonderful years, with 2 fantastic children. Both dean's list college students, go High Point and Villanova!! Active in clubs and Track, I'm a very proud dad! My BMW history goes in line with my history. In 1967 my dad bought a BMW 1600 Alpina, because he couldn't afford a Porsche 911. From that point on, we became a BMW family, which translated in to only BMWs for over 53 years! Both I and my brother are in the BMW business. Me in sales since 1990, and my brother a Master BMW Technician since 1980. I own several models, including a 2023 i4 Electric car, a 2011 X5 35i, a 2015 3 GT, a 2008 M3 Convertible, a 2008 335i Coupe, an R1200 S motorrad, and an ultra-rare 1974 2002 Turbo! Great Customer Service & Patience Just bought a Certified Used BMW from Otto's BMW in West Chester from Jay Miller who was very pleasant. Took home a car and wasn't happy with it. I Just bought a Certified Used BMW from Otto's BMW in West Chester from Jay Miller who was very pleasant. Took home a car and wasn't happy with it. I called the next day and spoke with Wilmer Rodriquez, sales manager, - he was kind, understanding and was amazingly accommodating. Wilmer told me to bring car back, try another car, drive it for a few days and if I didn't like it I could take my old car back. You DON'T find that kind of customer service anywhere. Noel Montesano was excellent with the financing end of it. Bottom line, I would highly recommend this outstanding dealership to any one. Their goal was customer satisfaction and I AM BEYOND SATISFIED WITH MY 5 SERIES SEDAN!!! More

Friendly people and easy process I walked in with the intention of purchasing a certified pre owned X5, and Jay could not have made it easier. He took me around the lot, giving me the I walked in with the intention of purchasing a certified pre owned X5, and Jay could not have made it easier. He took me around the lot, giving me the perfect amount of detail without over-doing it like everyone knows salespeople can do. (I’m also a salesman) Once I picked the one, the buying process was great. Jay and Melissa really helped out with payment details, registration, and trading in my old car. Both of them were down to earth, friendly, and not afraid to crack a joke or two, which I really enjoyed. Melissa gave me all the details of my new vehicle and Jay briefed me on the controls, and I was on my way. I stopped in a few weeks later for an encore appointment with Raheem, and it was very pleasant. There were a few questions I had on the interface of the vehicle, and Raheem answered every one. Not only did he give me good explanations on different features that I already use, but he also showed me a few new features that are going to be very useful. Overall, I had a great experience. I left with exactly what I wanted, and with a smile on my face. I highly recommend Otto’s BMW in West Chester. More

My salesperson is Jay Miller who is extremely knowledgeable and most helpful. Jay put me in touch with Brian Menda who is schooling me on the ins and outs of the new technology on my car. I have met with Brian twice and have been invited to keep coming back to learn from this very patient teacher. I also know that their service department l will continue their fine relationship with me. I highly recommend Otto's. More

We met this week with Brian Menda, who was terrific to help us learn all of the technical capabilities and features of our new X3. He was extremely knowledgeable, personable, patient and passionate in providing us assistance in learning how best to utilize the features of our vehicle. Jay Miller assisted us with our sale and purchase. He also was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable in helping us choose the best vehicle to suit us (with no hassle).
