I have been going to Columbia Ford KIA for several years, and my Mother for many years, my Uncle also went here. Everyone is very friendly and always willing to help. They make you feel at home. I recently purchased a KIA K5, and the process was very easy. Jay Roderick was very attentive, knowledgeable, friendly, sweetest guy ever. He made the whole experience wonderful. Service also has some nice working individuals, very friendly. My family has been going to this dealership for many years, my Uncle was the first, then my Mom, and now myself. Had a great relationship with Tony Mauro.
