I had been looking for a used explorer for 7+ mths when I found one I liked at Columbia Ford online. Amended: sometimes you have a rough experience and the company never recovers, but not in this case. Columbia Ford recovered from a fall like an olympic gymnast. Once the manager got involved, he treated my wife like a queen and exceeded any expectations we previously had, even letting her work from an office while her car got the extras installed.
