Outstanding customer service My car was not shutting off and was playing elevator music even after turning the car off and going inside. I called and spoke with Jay, the service manager. He came to my house on his way home from work at 7 pm to help me figure out what to do. If he did not do this I am sure my battery would have been dead in the morning and I wouldn't have been able to get my children to school. At the time he arrived it had been doing this for two hours. He truly went out of his way to help and went beyond my expectations. This is what differentiates your dealership. More

All questions are answered with a transparency I had not come to expect that from a car dealership. I've learned that there is always a benefit to shopping around and doing your due diligence when making a major purchase, but the level of service and professionalism at this dealership really makes me feel they should be on any local persons' to-visit list when considering purchasing a new or used Volvo. Ron (sales and leasing specialist) and PJ (one of the sales managers) do a phenomenal job making you feel appreciated as a customer. They'll listen to your concerns and address them without any hassle. Craig (the other sales manager and the person responsible for ordering and managing the dealership's stock) was the person I worked with to negotiate pricing and timing of my order. Pat Masone dealt with all the paperwork and financing details. I never felt uncomfortable at any point during my visits when working with these two gentlemen. Their honesty and transparency really made that possible. Bob Knott has been my service advisor for most of my service visits and has always been very easy to work with and very easy to talk to about my service issues. His communication skills have made many service appointments go more smoothly than they could have. Jay Rosen, the service manager, is also very helpful and doesn't just sit in his office "managing" - I often see him getting involved in directly helping customers and actively seeking to keep his department running as smooth as possible, often taking proactive steps to help the service advisors to get things done when they're busy and he has a moment. This is not how all dealership service departments are run, and I found it to be a consistently pleasant surprise for the years I've been taking my Volvos there. In the past, I've had too many experiences where the service manager just "manages" unhappy customers after they're given a reason to complain. More

Wonderful Experience, Hassle Free I recently purchased a used vehicle at Prestige Volvo. I found the vehicle online which was not a Volvo but a Infiniti, so I took the hike from Long I recently purchased a used vehicle at Prestige Volvo. I found the vehicle online which was not a Volvo but a Infiniti, so I took the hike from Long Island Ny to E hanover Nj. I must say that the experience was wonderful and Steve was excellent. Wonderful experience working with staff at Prestige Volvo After reading the reviews online I was encouraged about Prestige Volvo. In need of a good pre-owned car I called and set an appointment with Steve Ba After reading the reviews online I was encouraged about Prestige Volvo. In need of a good pre-owned car I called and set an appointment with Steve Badian. He was on time and had the car ready for me to go. I had some questions of a more technical nature and Steve introduced me to Jay Rosen who was more than happy to sit with me and explain how at Prestige they check all their pre-owned vehicles and assured me this vehicle was in top shape and that if I had any issues to please give him a call directly. There were no high pressure sales tactics from Steve and he was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Steve Badian as a true professional as well as Jay Rosen and his team in service for a truly excellent car buying experience. More
