Mom's new S90 Volvo has been the go to car for many years in my family. When my Mom's 2011 S80 was in an accident, I quickly brought her to Prestige Volvo and Jay Volvo has been the go to car for many years in my family. When my Mom's 2011 S80 was in an accident, I quickly brought her to Prestige Volvo and Jay was quick to offer guidance to ensure not only that the 2011 S80 would be repaired but that he would take the burden of dealing with the tow company and body shop to get the car repaired. That allowed me to spend more time to sit with Ron and discuss the situation and the need for a new car. Ron and Jay were concerned first about my Mom's well being and stated they would be there to help when needed. Within days of the accident we met with Ron to go over all our vehicle needs. Once he walked me through the new S90 and the added features and comfort, I new this car would be what my Mom wanted. Once my Mom and I sat with Ron, he went out of his way to make her comfortable and made himself accessible after hours to ensure we not only got the right car but also a great price with more options than expected. My Mom is now back on the road and very happy with her new S90, Jay got our S80 fixed for the trade in and Ron closed the deal! Pat was quick with the paperwork and she was out the door back doing her volunteer work and working with her special need kids! Thank you everyone at Prestige. I got my eye on that new Volvo SUV! Excellent Customer Service I have been going to this dealer for over 6 years and the staff never ceases to amaze me with their attentiveness, kindness, intelligence, and patienc I have been going to this dealer for over 6 years and the staff never ceases to amaze me with their attentiveness, kindness, intelligence, and patience! Tonight I worked with Rich Curto and and Pat Masone and both helped me turn in a lease and start a new one so quickly and also took the time to explain what I was signing and what Prestige would do to help me throughout the term of my lease. Exemplary, feel comfortable visiting this dealer, you are in great hands. Must mention, although I didn't get to see Jay Rosen tonight - wish I had, what a gentleman and genuinely cares about the people that walk through his door. And Matthew Haiken - he walked me through the entire lease deal and was available via text, phone, and email - he was wonderful and so pleasant. Thanks all! More

They through out flat numbers and the sales manager PJ was not afraid to put it in writing. They gave out the best price that other dealers and even truecar can't beat straight out. Now that's an attitude to win business. Service department is great as well. I worked with Pat and Jay. Folks been very professional and patient. Willing to explain the details. Jay took the vehicle out for a spin with me to explain what's with the car and shared his insights on the vehicle with me which was tremendously helpful. Getting a loaner for the service is also a breeze. All paper work time including waiting was roughly 5 minutes. I would highly recommend this dealer. P.S. as of Mar 2017, the XC60 are on an unbelievable deal. I have owned a line of Audi and BMW but was still blown away by the performance of a Volvo (especially at the given price). More

Outstanding service for my 2013 XC60 I have had the best service experience at any dealer I have been to before here at Prestige Volvo. I recently purchased a Volvo Certified Pre-owned I have had the best service experience at any dealer I have been to before here at Prestige Volvo. I recently purchased a Volvo Certified Pre-owned XC60 from Prestige and needed some work performed. Kudos to Jay and his team for ordering and expert installation of the splash guards , rear bumper and replacing a blown fuse for my cigarette lighter. Special thanks to Francine, service advisor for being very diligent and responsive to my requests for information. I also returned this week to have a few scratches touched up by Prestige's touch-up specialist. Excellent job as I can't even tell there were scratches there before. Thanks to my service advisor Deena Simmons, who kept me updated regarding the work performed and when my car would be ready. My special thanks to Joe, the driver who drove me in the shuttle suv XC90 to the train stations in Chatham & Madison the 2 times I was here for service so far. Thanks for the 5 star treatment to everyone who made servicing my XC60 a real treat ! More

The service manager Jay R. is unbelievable and hard to find someone of his integrity, loyalty, honesty and helpfulness in the car dealership market today. He is always present in the department and always readily available for you. He has a finely tuned well run service department. All his employees from :Patricia and the desk, Joe the driver and Andy the mechanic, all are always friendly and helpful. I have never had any problems here! Jay has earned me as a Prestige customer for the long term and is the reason I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership, and because of him I will always drive a Volvo. Each purchase I have made has been a pleasant experience from selection to pick up. I highly recommend Prestige in East Hanover. More

Will go out of there way to make the customer happy I purchased a pre-owned S60 which was in predestine condition. Steve Badian (sales) gave me all the information I needed to know about the car like ca I purchased a pre-owned S60 which was in predestine condition. We took the S60 for a test ride at which point I had a few questions about the specifications of the car like HP, torque and transmission. He said he did not have the exact answers for me but knew who did. When we got back I meant one of the tech's who answered all my questions. Then Steve and I discussed cost........ Wow He made my day. He hit my price mark perfectly. I took the S60 home but a few days later I realized the bottom splash guard was missing. I called Steve and explained that since they are over an hour away it was going to be difficult for me to get up there again and have them install it. To my surprise he made arrangement's with Jay Rosen (service manageer) to bring the splosh guard to my home since I said I could install it. Now what dealer and team does that these days. I rate these guys number 1 on my list. And since my experience was so great with them I going to see them first when I replace ML-320 with a XC90 sometime in the fall. Thanks guys Lee A McKinley More

Best I've Seen We've owned Volvos since 2004 and been buying cars since 1990. We made our first purchase from Prestige in 2015 and our second this week. No one else, in our experience, comes close. I would have doubted before meeting Matthew and team that a dealer could make a difference. They do. I will only buy Volvos from Matthew and will be more likely to buy Volvos over other brands because of the service level at Prestige. I have to give a special mention to Jay and the service department. As great as sales is, I typically visit only every other year or so. Jay and his team we see for each service. If I was happy with sales, I am ecstatic with the service department. I can't think of anything they could have done better and they take care of things I would have never thought to request. You will not find better than Jay and his team. Great job all around Matthew. Thank you! More
