Prestige Volvo continues to provide me with excellent service. My 2018 Volvo XC90 had developed a sunroof leak. Initial estimate to correct it was nearly $1300. I met with their service manager, Jay Rosen, and asked he he could look into the unusual leak problem and see if anything could be done (my car was just a few months out of warranty). Mr Rosen did just that and covered the entire cost of the repair under warranty. I could not ask for anything more. Prestige Volvo continues to exceed my expectations. I had taken my vehicle to a commercial car wash which damaged my vehicle. I called Jay Rosen to see if he could help me. He told me the service department was closed for the day, but said he could help damaged my vehicle. I called Jay Rosen to see if he could help me.
