I've walked away from several other dealerships feeling frustrated. Since we pretty much have to order vehicles nowadays with such low inventories, I was always prepared to tell the sales rep the range of trims and colors I wanted. These sales reps at these other dealerships would always come back and offer me vehicles that didn't match what I asked for. It never fails. It's like they didn't listen, didn't care, or just hoped I would settle and accept what they offered. Arash listened, made sure it was something that would be available, and assured me that he could get it for me. He came through and it was even delivered earlier than expected. The price was fair. No other dealership even came close, especially with their markups and other nonsense they try to throw in. I wish I hadn't wasted my time with these other dealerships, but it makes me appreciate a business like Crown Acura even more. They treat you with class and integrity. I highly recommend you visit them and be sure to request Arash. He's polite, professional, personable, and never pushy. He makes the car buying experience easy and enjoyable from beginning to the moment you drive off with your new car. More

While online, I found a 2009 BMW Z4 advertised. When I went in to look at the car, I was met by Berto Berrios. He was very professional. Sales manager, Sophie Morris was also very professional and helpful. She allowed me to take the car to my mechanic, who verified the car was in good condition to be 13 years old. Considering the market for cars during these unusual times, I feel I got a fair deal. They agreed at the time of purchase to take care of a small paint and body work issue. Logan in service, communicated with me, set me up with a loaner for 3 days while the work was done. If you are in the market and find yourself at Clearwater Acura, they are very professional. More
