This is the second time I have bought an Acura from Crown. I was lucky enough to have Gillian Barnes as my sales consultant. Most of the work on the car was done via email and text. I spent a total of 1 hour and 15 minutes in the dealer picking up my car. They had it detailed and ready to go. They have streamlined the buying process and the paperwork and everything is ready for signature when you walk in the door. Finally had the pleasure of meeting Jay Rudio, the finance manager. He had my paperwork ready to sign. I was in there for 10 minutes as he explained the paperwork and of course went through the add on features that Acura offers. He was up front about the add ons and very fast and courteous. Overall my experience was great! I will always check with Gillian and Crown for my next Acura purchase! More

I recently purchased a second Acura RDX from Crown Acura. I am a returning customer from about 9 years ago. Richard Morris helped me then and once again as I returned to purchase another Acura. My new RDX was being delivered within a few weeks, Richard was out of town when the car was delivered early, so Kyle Vonnes stepped in and picked up right where Richard left off. Kyle was wonderful to work with. I don’t think we saw Kyle stand still for two seconds. He was constantly on the go and extremely helpful. Everyone at this dealership was just a pleasure to work with. From Sophie Morris to Jay Rudio in finance, everyone was a class act. This is why I returned to Crown Acura of Clearwater. Love the Acura and love this dealership. More

When I said, yes, he told me they received one on the truck that afternoon. Done. No hidden fees or markups. Jay was terrific in completing the paperwork. Ashlee was my sales professional and she was AMAZING! She was personable and very transparent. She walked me through the process of purchasing this vehicle from beginning to end with so much ease. Which is a lot to say about the car buying process. It was EASY!! Jay did my final paperwork and he was AMAZING!! There weren't any hidden fees, any overpriced accessories, they were the top of the line sales people, professionals, and all around customer service representatives. They did not try to force me to use their financing because I came with my own, they asked me what I wanted and delivered 100%. Every salesperson greeted me with a smile and asked me if I needed help from the time I walked in the door. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend just visiting Crown Acura. You will not regret!! More
