excellent experience at Halleen Kia We had an appointment to see someone at 12pm that day but when we arrived the display TV showed us slated for 1pm, we checked the text messages and it We had an appointment to see someone at 12pm that day but when we arrived the display TV showed us slated for 1pm, we checked the text messages and it was agreed we would meet at 12 so there was a small mix up and the original person we spoke to was not in to show us the car. Instead of waiting for another hour, Jim offered to help. He quickly moved a few vehicles to get the Subaru I was looking at out front for us. He stood by patiently as I inspected under the car, the hood etc and then sent us off on a nice test drive around the block. After we got back to the dealership, Jim took us over to his desk and reviewed the particulars, all while handling another customer (as we were not originally meeting with Jim). Nevertheless, everything was explained clearly and Jim was pleasant and offered us coffee. After reaching an agreement and handing over a check, it was only a quick 5 minutes with the title guy Jay, who had a nice sense of humor and again clear in his explanations. All in all, buying a car from Halleen Kia was a quick and pleasant experience. I will recommend Halleen to any friends prowling for a new car. More
