Excellent customer service! From the time Michael first reached out to me, he answered all my questions without hesitation. When I finally met him in the showroom, he went over From the time Michael first reached out to me, he answered all my questions without hesitation. When I finally met him in the showroom, he went over and above to make sure I was happy, even though a couple of things on my part needed done. I had changed my mind on the interior color of the original vehicle I brought home so when I called him in the morning we arranged to meet, tie up so loose ends, and proceed to change everything when I switched to the other interior. They were obviously different cars, same model, but I'm sure a pain to redo everything. Michael is very knowledgeable of his product lines and I will highly recommend him to friends and family. Thanks again Michael for putting up with me. Also everyone wore masks and since I was there awhile getting an accessory added, after people left the service waiting room everything was cleaned down. Makes one feel very comfortable in the time we have now. More
