A lot of dealerships will attempt to gouge you on pricing, whether through the vehicle cost, bogus options, extraneous charges, etc. But it was very evident that these two, and Halleen as a whole, focus instead on customer service and facilitating an experience that makes customers want to come back for their next car. This means they can make their money by selling in high volume instead of gouging you with prices or sneaky tactics. I will be recommending Halleen Kia and Jim McConville to any friend that might be interested in a Kia. More
