The battery had died and a few other issues with the car were soon to follow! I contacted Josh Gulachek (on his off day, I might add) I explained to him the situation. Josh did not hesitate to set my parents up an appointment immediately with him. He even came in an hour or so early to accommodate us! Once there Josh went above and beyond to provide my parents with the best car deal possible. He was patient, attentive and extremely knowledgeable. After my parents narrowed down the type of Kia Soul they wanted, Josh turned them over to Jay Vicario in the Finance Dept. Jay also did not disappoint! He was very knowledgeable, very thorough, efficient and extremely patient with listening to my parents and also explaining each and every piece of paperwork to them in great detail before they signed anything!
